Meet Jen.

CFO

Jen Haberman was hired as FIT’s CFO in 2021. Before joining FIT, she held Corporate Controller roles at CapitalWorks and Gas Natural and various accounting roles at TravelCenters of America and Shiloh Industries. She began her career in the audit practice of Grant Thornton. Jen graduated from The Ohio State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio. 

Jen lives in the western suburbs of Cleveland with her husband, their daughter, and cat. In her spare time, you might find her planning a vacation or home improvement project.

Fun Facts.

Favorite place to get ice cream in Cleveland?

My favorite place to get ice cream is Mitchell’s and I love their Turtle Brownie ice cream. It’s seasonal, so I stock up when it comes around!

If you had a superpower, what would you want it to be?

If I could choose a superpower, I would want to fly. What a view!

Which countries have you visited?

I’ve been fortunate to be able to travel, and look forward to exploring new places. So far I’ve been to: Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Ecuador and The Galapagos, Egypt, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, France, Italy, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Monaco.

What movie or TV show could you watch over and over?

I’ve watched both The Goonies and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off a million times, but they never get old.

What is the first concert you went to?

Whitney Houston at Blossom Music Center

What is your favorite season?

Summer in our area is so much fun. On any given day you can go have a drink on a patio, enjoy a park, go for a boat ride, or see beautiful gardens. Maybe even do all of these!
