Meet Ali.

Chief Operating Officer

Ali Tubbs is the Chief Operating Officer at FIT playing a pivotal role in ensuring FIT’s client satisfaction by leading the service delivery teams within the organization. Ali has been in various roles in her 18-year tenure at our company mostly overseeing our technicians in the field at client sites, as well as the Helpdesk located in the home office in downtown Cleveland.

Ali is a graduate of Ohio University (Go Bobcats!) and earned her MBA from the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. In her free time, Ali enjoys exercising, cheering on her local Cleveland sports teams, and going on walks with her family and dog, Rosie.

What is your favorite season?

I love spring when the days start getting longer and flowers start to bloom.

What movie or TV show could you watch over and over?

All of the Harry Potter movies and Lord of the Rings movies.

Are you a dog person or a cat person?

Definitely a dog person.

If you had another job, any job, what would it be?

I would be a balloon artist. I love balloon garlands and ballon backdrops at parties. I enjoy keeping up on the trends of the industry and I love creating new backdrops for each of my kids’ birthday parties to make each one a special experience for them.

I love coming to work every day because our team genuinely cares about each other and has fun together. It makes going to work not feel like going to work.
